Join Julie Starr ERYT for this 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training offered exclusively at STARR YOGA.

Julie is the founder of STARR YOGA studios and has studied under Kevan Gale of Stil Studio and is has been inspired by local Boston teacher Adena Muncey, and several Kula yoga teachers including Nikki Vilella, Kevin Courtney, and Alex Auder.

She has practiced yoga for many years, in addition to being a competitive gymnast, barre instructor, trained midwife, and credentialed nutritionist.

With a limited number of spots this will be an intimate training, with each person getting a lot of personalized attention.

This training will also include fabulous guest instructors: Alicia Malloy, Ashley Brayden, and Jenn Maniates.


In this program you will learn

*anatomy and physiology
*yoga philosophy
*prenatal yoga (not a certification)
*asana and modifications for asana
*business of yoga

STARR YOGA TT will provide you with the knowledge and confidence you need to lead an intelligent vinyasa class and/or deepen your own practice.


(all held at STARR YOGA, can be done virtually):

All Saturdays are 11:30-8:30pm
All Sundays are 8-4pm
Fridays (only three): 11:30-5pm

$500 deposit required (non-refundable or transferable)

$3100 if paid in full by first day of training ($500 deposit will be deducted)




$3400 if paid per weekend ($425 per weekend).
